eTalk with my other phone services? Yes, you have the right to choose between any of your phone companies and us for the best rate for your tolls. Must I dial an access code? We give you a choice. "Non Coded" access enables you to use our service by dialing a number you wish to call without the need for an access code, which means all of your toll calls are made through the Net Tel network. "Coded" access requires you to dial a 4 digit access code before you make a call, which allows you to choose between Net Tel and other providers. Any special deals for businesses? Your account manager will review your exisiting calling patterns and tailor a package for maximum cost-efficiency, which may include special rates for high traffic destinations. There are no setup fees, no minimum spends, no fees or maintenance charges with Net Tel Business Direct Dial. You only pay for what you use. How will this work with my 0800 number? If your business has a toll-free number we could well help save you money especially each time your staff use this to call you. What differences are there in the payment options?
